Position Job Description
 Mandoob

  Must be located in Kuwait

  - Must speak English

  - Must have 7 Years Experience in dealing with Ministry work-Shoun-Jawazat etc

  - Good Working Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law

  - Good Working Knowledge with General Trading & Contracting Companies in Kuwait.

  - Self-starter with ability to work independently.

  - Strong computer skills MS Office.

  - Transferable Kuwait residence Visa 18.

  Require to Start Working Immediatly Only

 Accountant

  - Manage all accounting opreations based on accounting principles

  - Prepare budget and finanical forecasts

  - Publish financial statements in time

  – Conduct month-end and year-end close process

  – Collect, analyze and summarize account information

  – Develop periodic reports for management

  – Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures

  – Keep up with financial policies, regulations and legisiation

  - Good Working Knowledge with General Trading & Contracting Companies in Kuwait.

  - Strong computer skills MS Office.

 HR OFFICER (Urgent Required)

  Must be located in Kuwait

  - Must be bilingual

  - Must have 3 to 5 Years Experience in Kuwait

  - Good Working Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law

  - Good Working Knowledge with General Trading & Contracting Companies in Kuwait.

  - Self-starter with ability to work independently.

  - Strong computer skills MS Office.

  - Transferable Kuwait residence Visa 18.

  Require to Start Working Immediatly Only

 Receptionist / Admin Assistant

  - Answer and direct phone calls

  - Organize and schedule appointments

  - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms

  – Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  – Develop and maintain a filing system

  – Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  – Maintain contact lists

  – Book travel arrangements

  - Provide general support to visitors

  - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

  Must be located in Kuwait

  - Must have 5 Years Experience in Kuwait

  - Must have Experience in Purchasing Local and International Market

  - Good Working Knowledge with General Trading & Contracting Companies in Kuwait.

  - Strong computer skills MS Office.

  - Transferable Kuwait residence Visa 18.
